Here’s what you can do to help us:
- Go to https://www.speedtest.net/ and press the big GO button in the circle. If your download speed is less than 20MB per second, that may be the issue.
- Check the chat to see if other attendees are having the same issues.
- Refresh your browser by holding down the SHIFT key and clicking the refresh icon in your browser. If that doesn’t work to restore the livestream, read on.
- Check your internet connection by opening up a new tab and going to a different website to see if it loads. If it doesn’t load you will need to contact your internet service provider. If it does load, read on.
- Don’t panic.
